For the better part of 2 years I've been lucky enough to be married to an amazing woman who I have been training with for the past 5 years. Our personal relationship supercedes any Acro partnership though, as we have been a couple for 11 years. AcroYoga has been a powerful tool to build trust, openess and communication; all those things you hear at any AcroYoga workshop. AcroYoga is our passion because we have lived it, seen it in action, and are a product of it.

The idea is that any city you travel to around the world will have a jam as long as there is a certified teacher around. Nosa and I are super excited to get this started for Houston and surrounding areas! Last month was such a success! We saw so many brand new monkeys, that for this month we would like to hold space for a donation based class teaching the basics of basing, flying and spotting so we can all HAVE FUN AND PLAY SAFE! We can't wait to see you on the green!
